Position: Maintenance - Second Fixer
Location: Sainsbury's, Stoke On Trent
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: ROTATIONAL, 3 on 3 off, 12 hour shifts - 6 til 6, 40.25 hours per week

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Ensure all area fault targets are achieved and surpassed and where not achieved, clear mitigatation is recorded
- Adhere to the fault escalation process on site
- Be fully familiar with site risk assessments and safe systems of work for the tasks you are trained to do
- Understand and meet daily operational targets, co-operate with each department's Team Captain to ensure maximum efficiency for the area
- Ensure you have the appropriate equipment for your job to eliminate the need to move from the designated area

- Previous Engineering experience
- Clear Health and Safety record, ability to work safely at all times and seek advice when unsure
- Able to work in a pressurised environment to ensure all performance targets are achieved
- Communicate effectively at all levels having the correct attitude & approach to your customers
- Take a logical approach to problem solving
