Job description
- You’ll have guaranteed hours if you want them, 37 hours per week, every week
- You’ll earn up to around £20,971 each year pro rata (enhanced rates for Saturdays and Sunday work).
- You’ll get free travel on all of our buses and trams, as well as the same for 2 other people

Main Responsibilities
Ensure an excellent customer experience being polite, helpful and treating all customers with respect.
Safeguard the company’s revenue operating the paying in system correctly and accounting for all monies received and paid in.
Provide information about fares and ticket prices to ensure that customers can make informed choices about the offers available.
Adopt a professional approach at all times to minimise any customer complaints. Deal with problems pro-actively and courteously.
Give appropriate assistance to customers with specific needs ensuring that they are dealt with sensitively and with dignity at all times.

Understanding of what good customer service is
