Seasonal Tractor Driving Vacancies – TLC Kent

The team at TLC Kent are looking for a tractor driver to be based at our Rochester site.

The job is varied, challenging, and requires regular planning with the management team. The role involves operating modern tractors to carry out tractor-loader and trailer operations within harvest logistics. Key requirements for the role include attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to plan workloads within a team, whilst working in a safe manner in an outdoor environment.

The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively in English and possess a driving licence. Previous experience of operating machinery is preferred but not essential; full training will be given to the right candidate.

Accommodation could be available on the farm if required.

The salary will reflect experience.
