Job description
We are looking for friendly, positive, and enthusiastic multitaskers to join our team of Seasonal staff at Tennis Pavilion working within small takeaway café and outdoor tennis courts at the Meadows. This hands-on, front-of-the-house role is perfect for a vibrant, outgoing person with a proactive attitude who can create a welcoming environment for all customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with their tennis court bookings.
- Helping customers with any enquiries on court hire, coaching bookings and equipment hire.
- Quality preparation of snacks and beverages.
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging our customers and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Handling card transactions at the point of sale. Assisting with inventory, handling deliveries and stock management.
- Maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Although full training will be provided, our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Great listening, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
