We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Housekeeping Assistant at Fermain Valley Hotel, Guernsey, Channel Islands.
Fermain Valley Hotel is one of the newest Hotels in our collection. It is modern and vibrant and has three themed restaurants, a Steak restaurant, Mexican and a Mediterranean restaurant. Its situated a beautiful location within walking distance of the beach and even has its own escape rooms on site.
About the role:
At Fermain Valley Hotel we are looking for a Seasonal Housekeeping Assistant to join our hard working team and help keep our stunning hotel and bedrooms clean and looking beautiful.
40 Hours per week contract plus overtime and a £500 end of season bonus!
As a Housekeeping Assistant you will help to ensure the Hotels bedrooms are clean and ready for our guests to enjoy. You will clean the room, bathrooms and make beds. Full Training is provided.
This role will involve working from April / May until September / October. Working 40 hours per week working shifts between the hours of 7am and 5pm on a rota basis, to include weekends. We also have a permanent full time position available.
Please note: You do not need to have settled or pre-settled status in the UK – we can offer seasonal visas to candidates from Europe or overseas.
About you:
- You’ll have some Housekeeping or cleaning experience and feel comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment
- You’ll have an eye for detail noticing things others often don’t
- You’ll take pride in delivering consistently high standards
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner as our teams work together to ensure our guests are happy
