Farm Workers needed in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Our client is coming up to the start of their busy harvesting season, they are currently seeking hardworking and dedicated pickers to harvest and sort their crops. Farm Workers will be required on both the farm itself and in the packhouse. Starting on the 4th September 2023 for 3 weeks.
Seasonal Farm Worker shift patterns:
- Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.
Multiple Roles:
- Machine worker roles - 7am -6pm
- Trailer Roles - 6:45am - 5:45pm
- Field workers - 6:45am - 5:45pm
- Tractor Driver - 6:45am - 5:45pm (on private land so no experience required but must have a full UK Licence)
About this Seasonal Farm Worker job in Sittingbourne, Kent:
- Ensuring hops flow through the machine
- Making sure the trailer is loaded at the end of the machine.
- Loading bines onto the track
- Removing debris from the track
- Picking up any dropped hops

- Comfortable with repetitive work, able to stay focused on task and maintain productivity.
- Able to work in all weathers.
