If you are a PPC Account Director looking for an opportunity which is a bit different to the standard Agency job profile, then this might be the role for you. We are not an Agency, we are a Digital Consultancy with a strong focus on AdTech. We help our clients by providing them with the technology, training and strategic insight to transform their business.
The day-to-day will focus on aiding our Google Marketing Platform clients who utilize Search Ads 360. You will put all your years of PPC experience to full use as you educate, advise and guide your clients along their digital transformation.
This will be a diverse role as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from Advertisers to Agencies, who will vary in their requirements and level of digital maturity. You will be involved during the sales process with new prospects, and be expected to project manage their successful onboarding.
Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the UK team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.
Key Outcomes
- Consultative technology strategies and recommendations deliver against all client objectives and expectations
- Clients view DQ&A as an outstanding consultancy
- Work with the wider business to ensure clients receive a professional service - delivered by a passionate, engaged and informed platform team
- Develop client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Aid and advise the new sales team with new prospects
- Act as an expert adviser across the wider business with demonstrable knowledge of PPC and Google Marketing Platform best practice
About You
- You will have extensive knowledge of Search Ads 360 and would describe yourself as being an “expert-level user”
- You will have 3+ years PPC experience
- You will have had experience of onboarding a new technology and/or service solution - either with an agency or an in-house team
- You will be passionate about ad technology and how it can shape digital marketing efforts
- You will be excited about the opportunity to work in a new team as opposed to an established division
- You'll be a hands-on type, focussed on detail and making things happen About Us

When we return to the office we will be operating a minimum of 2 days a week in the office flexi-policy
