Responsibilities and Activities:
To call and follow-up on inbound leads following the in-house Sales Scripts
To make 100+ dials per day to follow-up on prospects who have madeinquiries with us with the goal of booking appointments/discovery visits for our physio's.
To appropriately TAG and update all call outcomes in Infusionsoft (i.e. not qualified, booked call back, not interested, etc.).
To confirm consultations and discovery visits, and where appropriate, reschedule them.
To follow-up on patient no-shows and cancels
To manually track calls and activities, as well as provide weekly reports to the Director on all activities
- To send shock-and-awe material ahead of discovery visits
- To call “sweet spot” clients and ask for referrals or tell them about monthly referral campaigns that are happening in clinic
- To assist the clinic in staffing at workshops and community events or BNI meetings
- Develop a deep understanding of all products and services offered, as well asbeing able to overcome common objections to cash pay clients
The Role:
Because we’re growing, we are looking for a part time to eventually turn full time Junior Sales Person/Appointment Setter to join our team of high-performance marketing consultants! In this role you’ll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintainingthe integrity of the company’s database.
You MUST have previous experience in SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and/or other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in the role of scheduling appointments and or phone/sales and prospecting, as the primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 15-20 qualified appointments per month.

Has at least one years experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
