The Position
We have multiple positions open within our Cambourne team due to aggressive expansion and would welcome candidates with a broad range of experience. Additionally, we have a company pension, health insurance, and we offer a competitive salary (subject to your experience). The technical stuff
We work with current technology – Visual Studio 2022, Windows and GIT are our platforms. We’re Agile by necessity working cross site and actively using DevOps and the cloud to make sure our teams are fully involved in planning, requirements and of course triage.
You will run daily stand-ups, organise backlogs and retrospectives and have a focus on looking for opportunities for continuous improvements that help both you and your team. Liaising with a wide range of colleagues from other scrum masters, stakeholders, UX and test engineers to the non-technical you will have an opportunity to demonstrate good communication and motivation skills. Drawing on previous experience will give you the opportunity to define and evolve our processes and have your creative voice heard.
