Permanent Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery Manager needed to join our growing Digital department!

Full time, 36.5 hours per week

Hybrid working – This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.


We are currently looking for a certified Scrum Master to help us work efficiently through an Agile framework order to drive the essential work we need to achieve our 2030 Digital Strategy.


What you’ll be doing…

Our Scrum master will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies and ultimately to create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

This role will also be essential in helping explain our ways of working to the wider university. So someone with expereince delivering training to large orgnisations on Agile ways of working would be ideal!

  • A qualified Scrum Master who wants to help make a massive positive impact on the future of higher education
  • We have a small but mighty team right now and we’re really proud of how the team is shaping up – so we want someone who is really positive and genuinely enjoys working together to solve problems!
  • Ability to break down barriers and build lasting relationships across the team and University
  • Someone with familiarity of the intricacies of Software Development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
  • Strong leader with confident communication skills
