We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of the Bank’s change and improvement agenda as an Scrum Master in Technology.

- Agile Development Team Facilitation: Lead scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles and facilitate problem-solving, collaboration and conflict resolution to enable the most effective work delivery by development teams on medium-sized projects
- Agile Release Planning: Plan and replan software releases for medium projects as they are produced to ensure timely updates and to deliver the planned benefits as early as possible in the project or program
- Agile Backlog Management: Review the backlog of work for a medium-sized project and reprioritize the work and the deployment of project resources to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business
- Agility: Promote an agile atmosphere within teams by emphasizing nimble action in service of constant customer focus
- Work Scheduling and Allocation: Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations while following established timelines
- Leadership and Direction: Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Community of Practice Management: Participate actively in a community of practice in a defined area of expertise or consulting to build your own consulting expertise
- Continuous Improvement: Review existing operations in your own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
