We are recruiting Scrum Masters with varying experience levels to support our journey to provide maximum threat reduction across the globe. Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checks
- Promote, encourage and embed Agile principles within the team and organisation
- Bring Agile resistors along the journey towards true Agility and embrace their feedback
- Ensure value-driven delivery, defining value within your team’s context and coaching them in how to break work down to achieve the most value
- Ruthlessly tackle impediments - thinking outside the box welcomed
- Help teams to mature in their Agile practices
- Foster a safe space for the team to experiment, celebrate success and failure, be candid, and to fail fast
- Empower the team to problem solve
- Support negotiation and conflict resolution
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships across teams and organisations
- Support the Product Owner in prioritisation, backlog grooming, product goals and vision
- Facilitate collaboration in remote working teams through technology and innovation and occasional face to face workshops
