Salary range: £55,500 to £60,500
Location: Split between home and our London Office

As a member of the team you will:
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox
- Coach the team members in self-management and cross functionality
- Promote and facilitate continuous improvement by hosting open, fair and transparent sprint retrospectives and ensuring actions are followed through with the team
- Help find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Your knowledge and experience
You will be able to:
- Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use
- Listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them
- Facilitate the delivery flow of a team, managing the pace and tempo
- Understand the environment and can prioritise the most important or highest value tasks
- Bring people together to form a motivated team
