WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is a Scrum Master supporting Agile working environment which is developing software and hardware packages to delivery harmonised system solutions, into JLR vehicles for the Assisted and Automated Driving department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teams to evolve into high performing agile teams.
- Developing/Preparing/Leading/Improving Agile ceremonies on weekly and quarterly basis
- Stand-in for first point of contact with program and integration teams for represented Squads
- You will enable their self-organisation capabilities and work with GPO, GSM, PO's, SM's and other stakeholders to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your team.
- Support the planning, co-ordination, delivery and reporting of requirements to support the Cycle Plan programmes and Cycle Plan studies, using Product Creation Delivery System (PCDS) principles in conjunction with other company processes as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the ADAS Scrum Master you will be someone that has an experienced technical analyst background and significant Scrum Master experience. You will be well versed in facilitating all scrum ceremonies impeccably, while adapting them to meet organisational and team needs appropriately. You will also possess the ability to coach teams to be self-organising and achieve consistent velocity. You will hold a formal qualification such as degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
ESSENTIAL
- Strong Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Safe
- Experienced with Agile Frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFE as well as Agile planning tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working within a regulated engineering environment such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defence etc
- Relevant experience of system definition, system architecture development, requirements specification, design/performance modelling, systems integration, system assessment and acceptance
