- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum team in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
- Ensure the wellness of the team by monitoring and advocating for sustainable pace
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies with over two years' experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensus building skills
- Requires ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least two years working in a professional technology setting
- Demonstrative experience managing a product
