Your role at the customer:

• You are responsible for guiding, coaching and supporting the scrum team
• You will work in an agile environment according to the SAFe methodology ( SAFe Scrum Master certification desired )
• You communicate clearly and transparently about the progress of the sprint
• You work in tandem with the product owner to create value for the product teams
• You strive for continuous improvement and support your team in planning, detecting dependencies and building a quality infrastructure landscape
• You facilitate the various known scrum ceremonies and are the SPOC of your team
• You support your team in taking on tasks autonomously and work with them to improve efficiency and quality
• You are responsible for the planning and capacity within your team
• You solve problems before they get in the way of the proper functioning of the team

Your profile

• 5+ years experience as Scrum Master
• You are fluent in English.
• You work independently and can find your way in a large, complex organization
• You are convinced of the necessity of Agile way of working and also propagate this
• You are a problem solver and form the bridge with other parties in the organization
• You know the responsibilities and characteristics of a scrum master and have a hands-on mentality to apply them
• You work together with different stakeholders within the organization (infrastructure, testing, architecture, business, …) in order to come to a constructive solution.
• You are communicative and decisive. You look at problems from different angles in order to come to the right conclusion
