· Establishprocessesformanagingaportfolioofworkinanagileway
· Drivestrategicchangeacrosstheorganizationforadoptionofagiletechniques
· Embedanagilecultureusingtechniquesfromawiderangeofagileandleanmethodologiesand frameworks
· Demonstraterelevanttoolsandtechniquessuchascoaching,advising,workshops,andmentoring
· Enablestakeholderstofindaccurateandcurrentprojectorprogramstatus,withoutdisruptiontodelivery
· Applybesttoolsandtechniquesto:teamroles,behaviors,structureandculture,agileceremoniesand practices,knowledgetransferandsharing,programmanagement,cross-teamcoordination,andoverall governance of digital service delivery
· Ensurekeymetricsandrequirementsthatsupporttheteamanddeliveryarewelldefinedandmaintained
· Equipstaffwiththeabilitytocoachothers
· Iforganizationlevel,executivecoachingonthefundamentalconsiderationsofdigitalservicedelivery design
Minimum Experience:
· 5+yearsrelevantexperience Required Skills:
· Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent.
