In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing the results, planning and implementing assigned processes and taking corrective actions when necessary, and developing strong working relationships in your function and cross functionally as well.
In this role you will:
- Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes.
- Work with large amounts of data and undertake analytical activities.
- Offer suggestions on how to improve projects in your area and ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Understand business challenges, create valuable actionable insights about the data, and communicate your findings to the stakeholders to determine how to use business data for business solutions/insights.
- Perform root-cause analysis and interpret data.
- Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process.
- Work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications and talk with suppliers about raw material specifications
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Food Technology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
- Data Literacy: Data manipulation through tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc and the ability to present data and trends in a simple and impactful way.
- Moderate computer science/coding skills with experience in Macros desirable.
- Experience in SAP PLM & SharePoint.
- Experience of Product / Packaging Research & Development, Quality, Manufacturing or related disciplines
- Ability to work with ambiguous/unclear requests.
- System & Process oriented with high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to promote cross-team collaboration.
- Full- proficiency in English (both written & spoken).
We offer fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
