We are looking for an experienced Schools’ Manager to lead and oversee our growing Schools Department at the community trust. You’ll be passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential as you help NTFC connect communities and improve people’s lives.
Within this role you will be responsible for the successful management of the Premier League Primary Stars Programme along with maintaining a range of other projects that Northampton Town FC Community Trust (NTFC CT) delivers within Primary and Secondary schools across Northamptonshire.
You will be a people person, managing and leading a team of motivated full-time and part time staff, helping them to grow and develop and ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest standards. As such you will have prior experience and a passion for managing staff to know how to get the best out of people. This is an exciting post that is integral to the further expansion of the schools’ support programme NTFC CT provides across Northamptonshire.
Job Purpose:
1) To be responsible for the NTFC CT Schools Department, ensuring successful delivery of the NTFC CT schools programmes with the aim of improving pupil participation, supporting pupil learning and providing CPD opportunities for teachers.
2) To manage the schools staff team who deliver the programme across the county.
3) To manage school relationships ensuring schools receive a high-quality service.
4) To be accountable for and to support staff delivery standards and impact measurement.
