School Support Administrator

About the Role
You will be joining the School Administration Team in the Business School based at the City Site on a full-time permanent basis. The School offers a diverse range of courses within several academic disciplines offering a challenging and varied working environment for members of the administrative team.
As a School Support Administrator you will work within the area of administration which offers a frontline service to students, staff, and other external entities.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, team-player to join our School Administration team to act in the key role of School Support Administrator. This role is key to assisting the wider team, and in particular acts as the main contact for a number of crucial areas, including exams and assessments, the latter of which includes online coursework dropbox management.
You will also have knowledge of Microsoft Office and will have experience in a busy administrative environment, preferably in an educational context. In addition, you will be solution focused, able to prioritise your workload and be a team player with a professional attitude to others. An ability to respond positively to change and be effective in changing situations is also required. Highly developed organisational and administrative skills are essential to this role as are excellent communication skills, attention to detail and gold standard customer service skills. You will be committed to working in a flexible team-based environment.
Good relationship building skills are essential to this role as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
