Kensington Prep School seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Librarian to play a key role at the heart of an active and thriving school community.
As School Librarian, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide guidance and support in selecting books appropriate to each student's reading level. You will stay up to date with new releases and launches, ensuring that our library's collection remains relevant, engaging and age appropriate for our students. Additionally, you will be responsible for organising displays and events to mark key cultural and historical events, such as International Women's Day and Remembrance Day.
You will be a passionate individual, eager to help our students develop their literacy skills and encourage a lifelong love of learning and reading. You will be committed to your own continuous professional development and will show an understanding of the level of personal and professional commitment required to contribute to our extended school community.
