Job description
Verve People recruit on behalf of leading hotels, restaurants, and venues in and around Birmingham.
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in schools.
Shift details:
- 15 to 20 hours per week
- Day shifts
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- ENHANCED DBS REQUIRED
What your role would include:
- Cooking basic food such as jacket potatoes and paninis
- Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredient
- Maintaining a clean and sanitised working environment
- Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
- Serving food
The ideal candidate would preferably have:
- Competent in busy periods
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work well within a team
- Pride in your work and appearance
- A positive and hardworking attitude
