School Administrator – NJC Pay Structure Grade E Point 6-8 term-time only, start date September (4.9.23)
The governing body wish to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic administrator who will play an integral part in our vibrant and nurturing school and support the staff, parents and pupils within our community. The successful candidate will provide an administrative support service to the Headteacher and the school.
The post holder is accountable for decision making, short term planning and dealing with unexpected problems within the school office. The post holder will be responsible for some finance duties working with the support of the Trust finance team.
The post is initially for 37.5 hours per week TTO, Grade E SCP 6-8. This is an established position. The hours are to be worked Monday to Friday from 8.15am and 4.30pm.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed School Administrator who has a cheerful approach to their work. The successful candidate will need to be adaptive to working in a busy and varied office environment. The School Administrator will work under the direction of the Headteacher and will be liaising with staff across the Dales Academy Trust.
You should:

- be able to work under pressure

- have experience of a busy office setting (ideally with some knowledge of working in an educational organisation)
