Job Title: Scheme Manager
Salary: NJC scale SO2: From SCP 26 £32,909 FTE (£20,012 for 22.5 hours)
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week

Following successful Lottery funding applications Home-Start Richmondshire are looking to recruit staff who will support families over a large geographical area.
Home-Start Richmondshire comes under the umbrella organisation of Home-Start UK a leading family charity with trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children in communities across the UK.

Scheme Manager
We are seeking a colleague who will bring both experience and a passion for working with families. To be successful as Scheme Manager, you will have experience of managing and supervising staff, coordinating volunteer activity and the development of volunteer guidance, process, policy and resources. You will thrive on working with others, be organised, flexible and a skilled communicator, willing to participate in related volunteering campaigns. You will be confident in your ability to liaise with key stakeholders in other organisations, along with being able to report back to our Board of Trustees on these key relationships and future plans.
