Full Time (37 hours pw Monday to Friday – Office Based) 8.30AM-16.30PM **Not open to overseas candidates or requiring Certificate of sponsorship **
The White Horse Care Trust, established for 30 years working across Wiltshire, deliver award winning residential, nursing and supported living care to adults with learning and physical disabilities.
In this multi-functional role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities throughout the White Horse Care Trust (WHCT). Including the day-to-day co-ordination of training, bespoke systems based and generic administration and essential reception duties. The post holder will require a high level of autonomy and be skilled in pro-active communication and relationship building with the wider organisation.
- Co-ordination of the training function throughout the Trust.
- Work closely with the CCOE and Facilities and Systems Manager to ensure well organised, administered and effective delivery of face to face and virtual training.
- Build working relationships with Managers, Deputies and the wider Trust to provide support with identifying training requirements and the overall training function.
- Develop, book and create the training programme in line with identified requirements.
- Undertake all administrative duties relevant to the co-ordinator role, including, booking system, joining instructions, course register/materials, system updates, certificate upload, feedback.
- Meet and greet visitors ensuring that they have an exceptional welcome, adhering to Covid risk assessment requirements, and direct to the appropriate area of the building or met by their host(s) in reception.
- To input a variety of data from a range of sources, to a range of digital systems with a high degree of accuracy
- To work closely with the Facilities and Systems Manager and H&S Lead to undertake/maintain the basic health and safety roles within Head Office and to report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the Facilities and Systems Manager.
- Provide admin support to the Finance Team as and when required
- To support the organisation of minutes, agenda and scheduling including room booking and on the day facilitation of Board and Committee meetings
- Monitor and maintain stationery/equipment/shopping levels throughout Head Office ensuring that supplies are ordered and available when required.
- Undertake additional duties as may be required.
It is essential to have a strong systems administration ability and approach, as well as robust knowledge and demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office suite.
