Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee all Administration duties within the business.
You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively.
You will be highly efficient, task-focussed and be able to make calculated decisions!
Responsibilities:
- Data entry & updating records
- Processing refunds
- Following in house processes
- Contacting customers
- Processing engineers’ requests
- Producing correspondence and confirmations through written communication
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- DBS
