Your role
Are you accurate with good attention to detail? Can you work to deadlines in a process driven environment? Do you ask questions if you're not sure how to proceed? If so, we’re looking for someone like you who can help us:
- Capturing and scanning of various types of documentation for the Bank & Trust departments.
- Archiving files and documents in line with UBS policies.
- Oversee initiatives to improve records management data or processes.
Your team
You will be working in a small and friendly Operations team providing services to our Wealth Management and Trust business. The team is working out of the brand new modern building at the Jersey Financial Centre, and has close links with other areas of the bank. This will give you exposure to multiple facets of banking operations and you'll work with your line manager and also with Business Partners and Stakeholders, both in Jersey and internationally.
Your expertise
Role Holder Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information to colleagues and stakeholders verbally or in report format.
- Work in a team environment along with ability to work on their own to achieve daily deadlines.
- Ability to oversee initiatives to improve records management data or processes.
- Understand the escalation process, highlight and escalate issues in line with procedures.
- Methodical and high attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills.
- Client focused.
