Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our growing team. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures on construction sites. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Scaffolding work and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures properly and safely in accordance with company policies and industry standards. • Inspect and maintain scaffolding as needed and ensure safety at all times. • Follow safety guidelines established by regulatory agencies and maintain compliance. • Provide supervision or training to junior scaffolders and report any discrepancies or issues with the team lead. • Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure adequate delivery of work.

Requirements: • A valid CISRS card is mandatory. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in scaffolding work is required. • An understanding of Health and Safety guidelines in scaffolding work is required. • Knowledge of scaffold components and materials is mandatory. • Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are mandatory.
