Job description
Phyllis Tuckwell provides supportive and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness. Based in Farnham and Guildford, we serve a population of 550,000 across West Surrey and North East Hampshire.
Saturday Sales Assistant – Phyllis Tuckwell Godalming Shop.
7 hours per week, (worked every Saturday)
Salary £10.18 – £10.43 per hour (dependant on age)
Holiday cover may be available on additional days throughout the week.
An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Saturday sales assistant to help run our highly successful and extremely busy shop in Godalming.
This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the sales and customer service within this well established shop.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous customer service experience.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team to sometimes tight deadlines.
- Ideally have the knowledge of fashion brands, ideally both current and vintage, although full training will be given
- Be confident using technology, such as a touchscreen till.
- Have commercial awareness and a desire to drive business forward within this area.
This is a physically demanding role involving the lifting, sorting, and moving of donated items.
