Analyst is responsible for verifying daily posting of Accounts payable through SAP Retail. This includes EDI, Rack, DSD vendor support and site level inventory support. Duties and Responsibilities Match open IDOCs to open GR items. Reconcile all DSD / Rack vendor statements as they are received. Support Team with the completion of all GR/IR variances Support Team with clearing open of ACH/ Draft vendor’s table entries over 60 days old. Support Team with vendor disputes and corrections including providing remit and check information as needed Complete document reversal requests submitted through the Foot print database Reconcile Alcohol Draft communications via Fintech and Icontrol external database. Support Team with the reconciliation of all Store Vendors every 60 days. Reconcile parked invoices older than 14 days Provide site level management with feedback related to SAP Retail receiving issues. Qualifications Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure Minimum 1 year accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent work experience Site management experience is a plus Not all benefit plans are available to all team members. Analyst typically work 8 hour shifts from the home office in Westlake, OH. These shifts typically range from Monday through Friday and require little to no travel. Due to the timing of month end Saturday shifts are sometimes required (typically 4-5 times per year) but are communicated to the team in advance. Operate computer efficiently. Requires good vision, hand coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity. Read, write, and communicate effectively with others both verbally and written. Sit for shifts up to eight hours (following approved company break guidelines). Work overtime and travel 10% or less a year, if necessary.
