FULL TIME POSITION- Bradford

In your role as a Subway sandwich artist, you will take responsibility for ensuring that guests’ sandwiches are prepared correctly each visit. You should also be prepared to work in a busy work environment with a strong focus on teamwork. The best candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and display a strong work ethic.
Subway Sandwich Artist Job Duties
The majority of your job duties as a Subway sandwich artist will center around preparing food for customers and taking their orders correctly. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring food ingredients are kept at a safe temperature and that the work area stays clean at all times. The primary job duties of a Subway sandwich artist include:

• Taking customer orders and accepting payment via the store POS system
• Preparing food and adhering to customer requests
• Keeping the work area sanitary and professional at all times
• Actively monitoring food ingredient temperature for safety and quality
• Putting away supplies on truck delivery days

Subway Sandwich Artist Working HoursFor the most part, the Subway sandwich artist position is part-time only and averages anywhere from 20 to 30 hours each week. It very seldom works any additional hours. However, this can change when fellow team members are on vacation or the store is otherwise short-staffed.This position offers a great deal of flexibility with shift types. Subway sandwich artists regularly work a wide range of shift types including early morning, afternoons, and early evenings. Most Subway locations are open seven days a week with varying operating hours.
Subway Sandwich Artist Work Environment
The most crucial thing to keep in mind about the Subway sandwich artist position is that it involves working in an active work environment. You will be regularly standing for the vast majority of your shift. In addition, this position involves a large number of repetitive movements during sandwich preparation.You should also feel comfortable working with people on a daily basis as well as staying in close proximity to them. On some days, you may be expected to help put away truck deliveries and lift packages that weigh as much as 30 pounds.

Salary: £7.50-£10.42 per hour
