The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Product Promoter, offering a salary of £100 per day based in a store across various locations in the UK. This is a fixed term contract with Blue Square whilst supporting our client Samsung.

The Role

As a Samsung Promoter your role will be to engage and interact with customers, demonstrating available products and delivering an incredible experience through every customer interaction. You will build great rapport with both your customers and the in-store teams to drive brand advocacy, loyalty and ultimately sales. You will take responsibility for store compliance in your area, always making sure the brand is represented in the best way. Through asking lifestyle questions, you will recommend the best products from our range to suit our customer’s needs, ensuring their needs are always met and their experience with our brand is memorable. Keeping your eye on competitors in the market, you will feed back with ideas on how to enhance our position to continuously give us a competitive edge. Your goal will be to achieve your targets by driving brand awareness, customer interactions and sales at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete engaging product demonstrations to customers showing the USPs and benefits of the Samsung products

Drive interactions, and sales and exceed targets

Become an integral part of the store team and engage store sales assistants to increase sales

Drive outstanding knowledge and brand advocacy of the product range by delivering regular training to the in-store team

Maintain brand, visual and operational standards

Plan for success for flagship / new products and launch these effectively against the sales targets

Skill, Experience & Attributes

Previous retail, sales or customer-facing background

Personable, engaging, and enthusiastic

Strong communication skills

Passion for and a good understanding of technology

Passionate about excellent customer service

Willing to embrace, live and embed our ETHIC values; Excellence, Together, Heart, Integrity & Curious – instilling confidence, clarity, and collaboration
