The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Programs Manager based in Chertsey & Home working This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £35,000 - £37,500 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role
Working within the Mobile Training Team with the Senior Retail Programmes manager and alongside the e-learning team, you will be fully responsible for the overall strategy, execution, development, and delivery of the tiering campaign, which is a process in which we grade and track the progress of the Ambassadors on our e-learning portal. You will be responsible for developing ongoing innovation to drive engagement and the ambassador’s continuous journey through the levels, and for organizing the successful delivery of the various reward and opportunity options that the Elites can opt into. You will work alongside the Retail Programmes Executive on the delivery
You will also own the relationships of our key stakeholder channel accounts, being responsible for the day-to-day running and communication, reporting, developing collaborative relationships, and working with them to ensure the Ambassador program delivers the required KPIs and remains a relevant and useful tool for the channels.
Working under the Senior Retail Programs Manager, you will support the end-to-end project tasks associated with the ambassador program, including seeding events, ad-hoc campaigns, and incentives.
You will be responsible for all external communications to the channels, as well as providing key insights to both our channel partners and internal stakeholders, keeping ROI at the forefront of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall strategy, execution, development, and delivery of the Ambassador Tiering program, in which Elites complete set criteria to progress up the levels, unlocking rewards and opportunities, and is managed on the client’s e-learning platform.
Responsible for organizing and managing the delivery of the various campaigns and events which ambassadors can opt into when they achieve the correct level, including focus groups, content creators, and studio production. You will be working closely with the Retail Executive on the delivery, logistics, and digital management of the data generated from the ambassador tiering program.
Develop relationships with our channel partners across the wider ambassador program, working with Senior Retail Programmes Manager on the quarterly strategy and sell-in of new innovations, campaigns, and incentives.
Responsible for being the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working with field managers, and channel managers, collating regular feedback, and driving best-in-class execution alongside the day-to-day delivery of the ambassador program, working with the Retail Programmes Executive
Responsible for pulling all weekly and monthly report data and using it to build monthly reports for channel meetings, working with the team to develop learning, action plans, and insight
Monitor and measure the engagement of retail program participants and work with field teams to deliver improved metrics and performance.
Skill and Experience
Essential:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Communications skills, understanding how to develop relationships with varying levels of seniority with external and internal teams
Ability to develop solid working relationships with all stakeholders, to effectively collaborate and effect the results to increase Samsung awareness and advocacy amongst our stakeholders sales influencers
Analytical – ability to read results and develop innovation and solutions to drive for excellence and best practice
Able to work collaboratively and be an effectively contributor to the team and also be self-motivated to deliver workload independently
