Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
A Salesforce Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to and resolving user support requests in a timely manner
  • Configuring and maintaining Salesforce systems and user profiles
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. development, architecture, and business)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce
  • Staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Salesforce platform
  • Communicating technical solutions and status updates to stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce customisation and configuration
  • knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and data modelling
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
