As a Salesforce Practitioner in Accenture, you will:

  • Understand our clients’ needs and participate in selling our proposed solutions to our clients
  • Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering, and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our clients
  • Develop your Leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging


We are looking for experience in the following skills:


  • Experience in working with clients to understand their business and technology requirements through 1:1 meetings and workshops
  • Understanding of how Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud and Einstein can meet the business and IT needs with out-of-the-box platform features and declarative configuration
  • Documenting the solution architecture, solution design and requirements using personas, customer journeys and user stories


Set yourself apart:


  • Experience of working in a pre-sales cycle (high level estimates, RFPs, orals), especially with tight deadlines
  • Owning client business and IT engagement, including facilitating workshops throughout all project phases
  • Experience in supporting clients in making platform and solution decisions and obtaining solution signoff
