PSIAMS is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance and utilization. This position requires at least 1 year of commercial experience, preferably in the non-profit sector, and the ability to manage workflows for a user base of just less than 300 individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, security settings, and customization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and process automation using declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and provide actionable insights.
- Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide user support and training to enhance Salesforce adoption and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to propose and implement system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems.
- Assist in testing and deploying new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience working in of knowledge of the non-profit sector is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage workflows and processes.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
