Synapri are currently supporting a leading education organisation as they look to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their established Salesforce team working across a global, Multi-Cloud org.
You will be involved in a large digital transformation across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Education Cloud, and CPQ, as well as various AppExchange integrations – so you will have unbeatable learning opportunities and chances to progress within your role.
This will be the first designated Salesforce Business Analyst in the team, working alongside a team of Administrators, Developers, and Testers. You will be working closely with stakeholders to gather their requirements and ensure that they are in the best interest of the business.
Responsibilities
- Understand business process and create as-is and to-be documentation
- Writing user stories, use cases, test cases and specifications that are clear
- Utilising Jira for effective and efficient management of the SDLC
- Playing an active role in Agile ceremonies for the Salesforce team to ensure effective delivery and prioritisation of the needs
- Collaborate with business partners to define acceptance criteria for projects or enhancements
- Bridging the gap between the business and technical teams
- Ensuring that stakeholder requests are in line with best practice and will be effective in driving the business forward
Location: Remote
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + 10% bonus
