We have an excellent opportunity for an individual to act as Salesforce Administrator, driving cross function activities to automate sales processes.

You’ll be working with multiple collaborators to develop and maintain sales process solutions, converting vision into strategy. As the expert in your field, you’ll map detailed business processes and identify challenges and opportunities, deploying the appropriate technology or process to provide the end to end solution, including system testing. You’ll lead and communicate release schedules with all collaborators including IT.
If you have the experience to develop simple models, good analytical skills and the ability to translate business need into requirements then we would like to hear from you.
About you
- Understands sales processes.
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into product requirements
- Keen interest in data and data structures to deliver and support data led selling and dealing solutions
- Able to develop complex models in software such as Salesforce to solve business problems.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management
- Experienced managing product release processes in a controlled environment
Technical skills
- Salesforce administrator qualification & experience (Must)
- Proficient in Drawloop, DocuSign and other supporting tools (Desirable)
- Change, Project & Product Management
