Sales Trainer – Up to £45k – Manchester – Office based

If you are an experienced sales person who has excelled in sales and would like to move into a training/coaching role then this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Due to a period of growth our training provider client has a new opening for an experienced Sales Trainer their team based in Manchester. This company provide sales development programme to support organisations in building, scaling and developing their sales teams.

With a proven and significant track record of success in sales training, you will develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that will help entry-level SDR’s understand the fundamentals to help them start their sales careers

You will be tutoring incoming cohorts of new SDR's in an active office environment. The training group will constantly change so teaching is ongoing. Each training group will stay for 4 weeks and there will also be post-academy check ins.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDR’s
  • Assess the needs of incoming SDR’s with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs
  • Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  • Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is essential
  • Significant experience in sales training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
