As a Sales First Line Manager, you’ll lead, motivate and coach a team of Sales Advisors to exceed their sales targets while ensuring they are modelling our core values. You’ll also take an active role in ensuring our colleagues can enjoy a long lasting career with us through regular Connect Conversations, it’s here that you’ll discuss what they want their next move to look like and what they need to do to get there.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Recommending and implementing team and department sales incentives.- Hosting regular briefing meetings with the team to communicate important company news and product and procedural updates.
- Managing the calls in the department and you’ll share responsibility for overseeing other teams in the absence of their team manager.
- Holding monthly maximise sessions with each sales advisor to offer feedback on performance and to address ongoing development and career ambitions.
You will need:
Experience managing and motivating a team, it would be an advantage if it was within the telecoms industry.- Experience working towards and maintaining compliance standards.
