THE COMPANY:Morgan Marine Ltd is a progressive company and market leader in their specialised fields, encompassing Morgan Marine Ltd and PSF Wales Ltd.
We design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors. Morgan Marine is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with over 50 years of manufacturing expertise in the Carmarthenshire area.
As we continue to thrive and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our Sales Team with a Sales Team Estimator.
THE ROLE:You will be responsible for providing quotations for our portfolio of products, interpret customer specifications and progress to the point of winning the order. In this role you will be required to meet with clients on our site and very occasionally off-site visits, whilst helping to expand our client base at every opportunity with the research of appropriate markets and sectors for expansion and achieve sales targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Experience of producing quotations is an advantage. Experience in a technical environment is desirable. Friendly, confident, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated. Excellent IT skills, experience of working with ERP is desirable. Excellent Telephone manner. Customer Service skills essential.Full training provided.
THE PACKAGE:Salary starting at £9.51 rising to 9.74 following successful completion of probation. Followed by monthly commission and additional bonus paid 3 times a year on achievement of targets. OTE (up to £25,000 during the first year).
