Ria is on the lookout for new colleagues to work as Field Support Specialist for South of England location such Bristol, Swindon, Oxford etc.
Field Support Specialist will identify, retain, grow and manage a floating Portfolio of Existing Agents every month, of which production (Transactions) can be significantly increased.
He/she will meet and exceed all company and individual goals in line with the company’s policies, procedures and values.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of selected and allocated Agents in the territory
- Develop strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the Company
- Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries, ensuring the Agents are attended and their queries resolved.
- Retain the existing portfolio production by ensuring the monthly set targets are met.
- Increase the existing portfolio transactional volume
- Conduct competitor research to learn more about agents and customers needs at each existing location and log the information using the company CMS tool.
- Ensure all necessary marketing materials are in place at every agent location
- Promote the Ria Money Transfer Services at the agents locations (such promotion to include flyer distribution, explanation(s) regarding the Services and requirements to send money to agents, it’s staff and customers);
- Identify challenges and propose positive solutions that are in line with the company growth expectations in order to overcome any challenge
- Rebrand the existing agents according to our Marketing standards
- Contribute to special projects, that enhance the business
- Prepare and organise the weekly visit plan
- Manage and regularly review the assigned Agents portfolio to ensure that the desired targets are reached;
- Option to expand the network by identifying, approaching, signing, and onboarding new agents, this will be targeted acquisition of new business: new agents onboarded with proven potential for transactions
- Actively follow the new agents welcoming process to ensure agent can be fully trained, where process would include (documents, Yubikey setup, Signature pad, Agent Setup and Configuration in Fx Operations + Users)
- Ensure the Agents have all the knowledge, marketing and tools required, by performing regular trainings and educational sessions
- To guarantee the regulations and guidelines are adhered by the Agents at the very small detail and their account remains in the Active status
Qualifications:
We will require you to have at least a High School diploma or a higher education level to work in this role. Furthermore, we will look for individuals with:
- Fluent English +**
- At least 1 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Support, Sales Promoter, Customer Service or customer/agent support role.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude;
- Experience working within a target-driven team environment;
- Experience working with clients and building relationships;
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Excellent customer service skills;

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
