As a Sales Support Specialist – Digital Security you are responsible for providing front line interaction between sales representatives, Sales leader management, internal departments related to sales and customers as directed for all lines of the Digital Security Solutions Entrust business.This role’s primary job function is to strategically increase sales efficiency to faster “close” within the sales cycle and customer interactions by helping to suggest optimisations based on workloads.Responsibilities:· Generating and supporting quote creation alongside the reps, utilizing CPQ and other systems· Data entry in Saleforce.com during cross functional account planning sessions to help with documenting customer conversations interactions· Helping maintain accurate customer data through purposeful front line communication through the “quoting lifecycle”· Assisting with data reconciliation between systems all focused on accurate customer depiction of sales lifecycle· Order management liaison activities as directed by the Digital Security ENA Sales team to ensure our customers (Sales internal and external) have all the support required to be effective and less administrative in the overall selling cycle, and assisting to close business· Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams and customers, including holding weekly/bi-weekly 1:1s across the ENA team to designate priorities for the most revenue generation and specialist attention· Work tangentially with the renewals teams to understand what may be coming for the future on cross functional accounts and log into SFDC as a part of documented team steps· Attend team meetings, forecast meetings, and provide opportunities for strategic improvement suggestions with the goal of closing business faster and serving customers· Assist with ENA management documentation in gathering needed data from the team· Conduct spot-checks in Salesforce, using exception reports, to identify data inconsistency on Opportunities and Accounts in SFDC.· Provide pricing assistance with pricing inquiries if not standard protocols, as needed, to sales representatives· Work closely with the Pricing Master to ensure missing part codes and prices can be communicated so resolutions can be made.· Educate team on SFDC Hygiene and reporting as discrepancies appear· Provide quotations in conjunction with the Digital Security Solutions Software Sales team using CPQ/Oracle, including discounts where applicable, based on the approval authority matrix.· Work closely with Product Management to understand products and solutions, and ensure pricing requests from Sales are inclusive of all required infrastructure and licenses, effectively being a SME on product prices and cohesively providing quotes that are inclusive of PS/implementation/training· Partner with the Order Management team to ensure smooth transition from quoting through to ordering, ensure all details are accurate and account history is communicated as needed· Help with Sales Territory Assignment as applicable during planning cycles to gather and consolidate input· Work with other departments as needed on various campaigns, marketing or otherwise· Assists in special projects and completes other related duties assigned as neededBasic Qualifications· Experience in a similar role· Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education· Able to work effectively in a fast paced, high pressure, time sensitive environment· Experience with MS Office· Familiarity with Oracle, specifically for quoting and Salesforce· Fluent in English, written and spoken;Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountFlexitimeGym membershipLife insurancePrivate medical insuranceReferral programmeSick payWork from homeSchedule:FlexitimeHolidaysMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Bonus schemePerformance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Reading, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Sales support: 2 years (required)Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: R002186
