An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and join one of the UK’s largest tile importers based in West Midlands with a secondary site in Warrington.

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual who loves to meet new people and build relationships to join our team in Warrington.

Previous merchandising/sales support experience in distribution and the kitchen, tile, and bathroom industry would be desirable.

You will be responsible for supporting the area manager in the following capacity

• The merchandising of new ranges, this involves making boards and panels with new tiles and taking out to existing customers.
• Visiting customers to ensure they have all current ranges and removing any boards that may have been discontinued.
• Preparing boards of our full portfolio for sales reps to take out to potential new customers.
• Make regular visits to customers for to ensure they are satisfied with service and to resolve any issues they may have.
• Delivery of orders to customers
• Picking orders
• Stock Control
• Unloading deliveries
• Loading pallets onto transport vehicles
• General maintenance of warehouse
• Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
• Covering duties of colleagues in busy periods or covering for sickness/annual leave
• Forklift experience, with use of both counterbalance and reach truck forklifts would be desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
