We're ADONIS a plant based, keto snacking company. We are and are looking for a new sales support administrator to help us manage and improve the growing sales and admin of our business. We are located in the Food Exchange in Nine Elms, near Vauxhall.
This role is a part time role (~15-20 hours per week - we can be flexible), which could increase depending on the value brought to the business.
Full Time Salary: £26,000 - £30,000. This will be pro-rata'd depending on the hours agreed.
The role (but not limited to):
- Responding to client enquiries, solving any problems that may arise
- Processing orders
- Managing sales lists
- Help with the management of new business, responding to in-bound emails
- Preparing update emails for potential clients
- Arranging trade marketing activities with existing clients
- Other sales related tasks as they come about such as on-boarding forms
What we are looking for someone with:
- Excellent organisational skills, particularly organising priorities and various workloads
- Good interpersonal & written skills
- Someone who makes things happen and gets things done
- Strong ability to work independently within a small team
