About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Administration team in a Sales Support role. As the successful candidate you will provide vital support to the Sales team in terms of order processing, general administration, report running and responding to some first level customer enquiries either by phone or by email.
What you will be doing in this role day to day
- Order processing on our custom ERP system.
- Management of orders.
- General administration.
- Responding to customer enquiries either by phone or email.
- Building strong relationships with the Sales teams and customers.
- Liaising with many departments across the business.
What you will bring to the role
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Customer Service experience
