Job Description
- Effective and accurate completion of supplier forms using internal systems for timely product set up
- Management of web information forms
- Management and distribution of samples from local warehouses and liaising with NAM's (National Account Managers)
- Working with Brand managers and external parties on Catalogues and branding
- Raising Po's for Brand managers using Coupa
- Accurate updates of product information on key accounts
- Attendance to meetings to support sales or marketing teams
- Any other duties required by line manager
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in Commercial environment is beneficial
- Technically competent on MS Office Applications including; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams. Full training will be provided on internal systems
- Team player and ability to communicate and work within multiple teams
- Ability to interact and communicate efficiently with colleagues across all levels of the business
- Good attention to detail
