This is a remote role that provides flexibility and the ability to work with a varied and talented team.Job Summary:You will play a crucial role in generating revenue development as a Sales Representative by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business prospects. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining connections with new clients, as well as understanding their needs and offering our products and services as answers to those needs. This is a remote role, and you will be able to work from wherever while meeting your sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Research and identify potential clients and leads within the assigned market.Use various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to initiate contact with prospects.Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.Schedule meetings or appointment with different company director.Maintain good bonds with our clients and solve their enquires via video and audio calls when required to understand their needs and provide the relevant solutions.Sales Presentations:Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.Answer questions and overcome objections to close deals effectively.Sales Process Management:Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Achieving Sales Targets:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.Continuously monitor and report on sales performance.Customer Relationship Management:Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Gather feedback from clients to inform product and service improvements.Qualifications:Any Bachelor's degreeExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.Benefits:Competitive salary with commission and bonus opportunities.Flexible remote work arrangement.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work culture.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £16,900.00-£18,500.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Performance bonusExperience:Sales: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Remote
