This position being advertised is for Port Haverigg Marina Holiday Park near Millom in Cumbria. There will be over 40 units on Park ready to sell and the scope for an additional 30 plots. Historically this park has sold in excess of 30 units a year and we believe this will continue as the area goes through a major regeneration programme. We believe that there is scope for at least 3 years of great selling.
