As a Construction Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, and closing deals within the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, and builders.
- Actively promote and sell construction products and services to meet sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in construction sales or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
